The society in which we live is based on exploitation and capitalism and to attain our aim we must go in for commerce and self employment. It has been observed that most of the deprived classes look for only Government jobs even with quite meagre salaries. Thus, we lack mental base for self-employment, business and other entrepreneural adventures. If this problem is given the shape of a movement, the mental attitude can be changed, and the Club is committed to do this through demonstrative actions. The people about whom we are discussing have been exploited for centuries together and have developed tremendous amount of resilient a capacity to do any kind of bard work and if it is so there is no reason why they cann't go in for their own business, commercial ventures, trade etc. During my tour to various states, I have found that people pose questions about lack of resources for such enterprises. Of course, this is true, but it has become an excuse also. Now the time has come to discard such mental attitudes and use mind and matter in the best possible way. On the partition of the country in to India and Pakistan, lakhs of people migrated form Pakistan to this country but now have reached the pinnacle of progress in the field of business, education etc. I believe that they had come with ambition, mental attitude and that is why they succeeded. Now the time has come to set up various vocational institutes and give proper guidance for technical expertise, professionalism so that this exploited class can stand on its own. Most of the club members are placed in good positions and, this is a boon for the rest of the society. If all safeguards offered by government are properly utilized, a lot a can be achieved,and this becomes easier because of educated and dedicated office bearers and members of the club. Anyone who wants to go in for such ventures is welcome.
