The constitution of the Club is different from other institutions. However, according to time and space, changes will be made from the National Office. Working committees will be set up at the level of Tehsil, Block and District. An Advisory Board will be also set up on the same pattern and it will consist of senior bureaucrats, intellectuals, educationalists and other such persons. The Advisory Board will advise and guide the working committees as and when required.If the working committees are not functioning properly, the Advisory Board shall turn to the National office for proper guidance and remedial measures. Those who believe in social and cultural change and enjoy fairly good social reputation, can become members of the Club.Anyone can approach the Advisory Board and working committee, and if still there is any obstruction, the aspirant concerned is free to approach the National Office.
